INTERNAL EVALUATION REPORTS OF DEPARTMENT
The process of Internal Evaluation of the academic units of D.U.Th. is repeated annually and consists of:
- The annual completion of the USP Internal Evaluation Report Template.
- The annual registration of data in the National Information System for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NISQA) of HAHE.
- The annual completion of the USP Targeting Template of the academic unit.
What is the role of OM.EA. in Internal Evaluation?
The role of OM.EA. in the process is coordinating but also executive: it plans, programs and coordinates the evaluation process and is responsible for writing the Internal Evaluation Report and the Targeting.
What is the role of the Academic Unit in Internal Evaluation?
The Internal Evaluation Report is considered when making decisions by the competent bodies at all levels of operation of the Academic Unit or Institution. The Internal Evaluation process is completed with the drafting of the Internal Evaluation Report, which is approved by the Academic Unit.
The Academic Unit cooperates with the data entry person in charge of each Department, so that the required data can be submitted to NISQA of HAHE.
What is the role of MO.DI.P. in Internal Evaluation?
The Internal Evaluation Report is submitted to MO.DIP. which cooperates with The academic units’ OM.E.A., having a supporting and advisory role, following the Annual Internal Evaluation Guide.
